Front Office

Sheril

In the dental field since 1984, and with us since 2020, Sheril has experience in all areas of the office, starting as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office in 2016.

Married to her husband, Will, for over 35 years, they have two adult daughters and a dog named Dozer. She enjoys helping others with their dental needs and understanding their insurance benefits. Outside the office, Sheril enjoys sewing, home improvement projects, gardening, and is happy to be working in her community with a team-oriented office.

Dental Hygienists

Melissa

Melissa was thrilled to become a part of Redland Family Dental in 2017. She loves the small-town atmosphere of the office and enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She is devoted to providing the highest standard of care while making every patient feel comfortable and heard.

Melissa graduated with honors from MHCC in 1988. She has enjoyed watching her profession evolve through advances in technology and science. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys horses and gardening.

Emily

Emily joined the Redland Family Dental team in the summer of 2026.  With four years of
experience in dentistry, she is passionate about dental hygiene and takes pride in providing her patients with high quality, personalized care.  She strives to create a positive experience for each patient while helping them achieve and maintain a healthy smile.

Outside of the operatory, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors camping, making memories with her family and helping her husband on the farm.

Jessica

Jessica graduated from OIT in 2012 and joined our Redland Family Dental team the summer of 2026.  She is passionate about getting to know her patients, creating a comfortable space and sharing her knowledge in improving overall health.

Outside of the dental office she enjoys spending time with her family fishing, crabbing, camping and doing projects around her property.
